Constipation
Constipation is a common digestive condition characterized by infrequent bowel movements, difficulty passing stools, hard or dry stools, or a feeling of incomplete bowel emptying. While occasional constipation is common, persistent constipation can affect daily comfort and quality of life. Constipation may occur due to a low-fiber diet, inadequate fluid intake, lack of physical activity, changes in routine, travel, stress, pregnancy, certain medications, or the habit of delaying bowel movements.
